first, just saying, not the usual WHICH CLASS SHOULD I PICK DHHHHH, I WANT ONE THAT CAN KILL THE SNAILZ AND IS 1337
It will have no funding... my only other char is a lvl 76 outlaw (that is broke) if it matters.
I figured taht because of the new event, im going to make a new char, but I cant decide on if i should make a TB, or a bucc, and if i should make it dexless or not...
is a dexless bucc significantly stronger than a reg/low dex bucc?
If so, can you make a dexless bucc without funding?

Not likely if you want to level fast.
You can probably make a low dex whose damage is not that much lower.

OBviously the TB. its stronger than the bucc in the early levels.

you can technically make any class without funding. the training quests give you pots to last for a while, and doing side/story quests give more pots to NPC for mesos.

... If you don't intend on going past 150, do not make a Bucc. If you do, make a Bucc.

well, eveeeeentually Im gonna wanna make it past 150, but, if there is a signuficant difference between dexless / normal/(or sorta low) dex, then I would want it to be dexless. But if that is the case, I dont want to make a dexless bucc only to find out that i Cant afford decent equips to make it happen.
So the thing is, if dexless bucc requires funding to start, and is significantly stronger, I will want to wait to make that untill i have funding, and would make a TB just for fun / SI/ hat/variation.
so the 2 questions are,

what im saying is, If i can make a dexless bucc without funding OR if normal dex buccs are just as strong at high levels, then i will make a bucc
if not i will make a TB

TBs and Buccs are trash.
TBs are easier to train, having the elemtnal and stat boosts.
Buccs are funner due to different skills and requiring combos.
Of course dexless will be a pain if you're unfunded.
And in the end, they both suck sh'it.
