Westerners and extractions...

I've actually been looking into MSEA's data, but did not post them, wzextract is sometimes not accurate and does not extract string's data, furthermore maststef has stopped working on it. I had to use hacking tools from hacking forums to dump the string's xml then use excel to compare ids with names, it is very frustrating to do it every patch. Fiel, i hope i can have a look at your extractor..
