What is this term? You should link to wikipedia when you use terms that only really hardcore DnD fans would know (teasing but seriously wikipedia links when using terms like this)
I can only assume it's either spamming saves or using save states to "protect" your progress or to hope for a different outcome. I got really addicted to save states for a long time and ended up having a difficult time getting back into normal gameplay after that. I had to go to rehab. Save state withdrawal is the worst. So now I try and stay away from them. It was just nice to know that I could have control...
