Saving your game... How often do you do it? And will you abuse it if you get the chance to?
Personally, I tend not to save a lot, partly because I play long periods at a time, partly because I like the gaming experience. On the other hand, most tactical games that end up severely punishing you for whatever reason cause me to save a lot.
Backstory
I decided to play Battle of Wesnoth after a very long time. It's changed quite a bit since I last played it. Anyways, the main campaign, Heir to the Throne (HttT), has a very evil scenario somewhat early on called "Valley of Death - The Princess's Revenge" where you have to defend yourself from three undead hoards for 12 turns. One hoard is dedicated to flying around really fast and picking off your weak guys, while another hoard is is just tough in general, and the last hoard just spawns sheer numbers of walking corpses (and won't stop until near the end or the leader dies). Things inevitably get really, really nasty and it is arguably the most difficult scenario to reasonably survive in HttT. This is INCLUDING the ability to save your game, which could be done at virtually any time, even during the CPU's turn, even in the middle of units attacking each other.
The alt objective: kill everything... let's just say it is serious bragging rights if you can do it on hard mode without going kamikaze and save scumming.
There's another twist however. For some reason that I forget precisely why, Wesnoth's luck system is purposely rigged so that if you end up missing some troll hiding in the swamp 5 times in a row, then rewind back before that attack occurred, chances are you'll still miss at least 4 times. It's kinda an exaggeration, but that's usually what happens.
