Unbiased means there is no personal experience to corrupt their judgment... but you want their experience to help you?
"Best" is a horrible word. Heroes will do better than Aran in less mobby maps because they don't depend on any combo system and can only hit 3 mobs at once. Aran will do better in mobby maps because of their mobbing skills: Smash, Fenrir, and the fact that Triple/Double/ Normal swing hits 12 mobs in 4th job.
There are scenarios where Heroes are better equiped than Aran, and vise versa.
There is no class that is better at everything.
