A Little Confused About Dex per w.atk and how it differs from STR-less to low STR

I don't know about you guys, but I factor in MW and a 12 (and 100) attack pot when I do this kind of stuff, since that's what I'd be training/bossing with. No point in figuring out the ratio for a situation that wouldn't exist (me without a pot or MW).
