Apparently *Lv. 200 LOLFPs can log on after server checks and have Astaroth quest chain quests already in their In Progress quest log section. Not only that, but they can actually complete the How To Avoid the Stink quest, and upon further experimentation may in fact be able to enter the Astaroth boss map.

*/sarcasm: I had these quests working/available for some reason, when others like IsaacGS didn't. No one knows exactly why.
