BORKED - Astaroth Quest Chain - FrozNlite - 2009-12-16
Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
Apparently *Lv. 200 LOLFPs can log on after server checks and have Astaroth quest chain quests already in their In Progress quest log section. Not only that, but they can actually complete the How To Avoid the Stink quest, and upon further experimentation may in fact be able to enter the Astaroth boss map.

I got "How to avoid the stink" and the "For the peace of Victoria Island" quests activated after doing a Targa run actually. While the first can be finished, the second one requires you to be -40 to enter the damn map.
