Technically, the second one says "When are we going to learn?". If you wanted to say "When will we learn?' you would write "Quand apprendrons-nous" or "Quand est-ce que nous apprendrons." which is Futur Simple as opposed to Futur Proche. Just a simple grammatical tidbit that I noticed. You can apply inversion to either way not just the first way. But Rob was incorrect as you cannot have inversion and est-ce que in the same sentence. We just learned this recently and I wanted to put it to use. Biggrin
