In other words, if you pirate stop using something easily traceable like torrents and go with direct downloading.

Besides, the EU already decided it's not allowed to enforce this law on it's citizens without any form of trial by an independent party (read: judge), and EU regulations overrule UK laws, so this whole thing has lost already...
