What? I don't see anything about blocking access from sites with offensive content in there. All I see is stuff about tighter enforcement on pirating and tighter regulations on crap like game ratings.

Besides, the EU already decided it's not allowed to enforce this law on it's citizens without any form of trial by an independent party (read: judge), and EU regulations overrule UK laws, so this whole thing has lost already...

Not sure what you're getting at. I know damn well there's more ways to pirate than torrenting, that's what I was stating. If you normally torrent, then go with direct downloads over HTTP traffic or FTP servers.
By the way, a vast majority of those "free MP3 here!" sites are horrible. "Free MP3, just sign up with your credit card and install this not-suspicious-at-all download client from us!"
It's like clicking a popup or ad.
