Oh, there's no denying your fart will always smell like fart. However, your own farts will smell less offensive to you than they smell to others.
Just like my example above. You'll still smell a hint of odor on yourself if you go without bathing and deodorant for a while, but it won't smell nearly as bad to you as it smells to everyone else.
This is the reason why some people don't realize they have bad breath, or why some people who eat strange foods don't realize how strong of an odor they produce.
Ever wonder why foreigners may smell? It may be because of their hygiene. Or it could be that they're eating foods you don't normally find where you live. Foods that make a body give off a strong odor. In their country, nobody comments on their smell because everyone smells like that. In your country, everyone pinches their noses and beat him up for being funny looking, as well as taking his lunch money and forcing him to do their homework while they stuff him in a locker and give him noogies and wedgies and rape him in the back of the boys bathroom and then teach him how to not write run-on sentences like this.

You're probably not close enough to them daily to get immunity to their farts. You may not know this, but the average human farts many times a day. However, these farts are small and unnoticeable most of the time. Your nose may be able to catch a wiff of them, but nobody else is close enough to get that wiff. Obviously, you're ALWAYS around yourself, so ALWAYS smell these small farts. Over time, your nose becomes accustomed to the smell...kinda.
