Yah it has skill lock like all the other skills except Hurricane and Rapid Fire. Eventhough its not actually doing that many shots per second, we still get skill locked.
I went to newties to try it out. Held it down for a few sec and it only took out small portion of the hp. You can also use normal arrows to see that its not actually firing that many shots. Turn off soul arrow, hold it down for few sec and you'll be able to see it only consumes 1 arrow every sec or so.
It would be awesome if they were actually that speed for both wind shot and wind piercing.
Improved hurricane for the lack of sharp eyes
