This is a thread about the Bubonic plague

The human race is an adolescent child that doesn't want to follow Daddy, so they do their own thing and screw stuff up. Does that mean that Daddy caused the child to do the terrible things he does until death does he part? Don't think so. Daddy may be responsible for the kid's existence, but Daddy is not responsible for every reprehensible act the child does.

To an extent any parent is responsible. I consider myself well raised, I couldn't hurt an animal (well insects I could kill with no moral guilt) yet the example you used, this man killed someone. Could you imagine taking someones life? Do you know how cold you'd be? I mean besides obvious self defense (even then I'd be rather shookin up about it). The point is a murderer's mind is very complexing. To an extent a parent could be held accountable to influence, excersise of punishment, neglect, and even their opinions.

To turn this even more serious, God is an entity man has made, and casts blame on. They fight for him, they kill for him, they worship him. They are influenced by his words in the bibble, his actions in the bibble and at the same time neglected by him. God killed thousands of people according to the stories. Therefore kings were thought it was justified to kill those who disobeyed god and what he so called preached.

Does god or our so called father deserve the blame? To an extent yes. But should be man be blamed for creating an entity in the first place..? It's really dependent on if he/she/it exists or not.
