I would like to get some info on the pros and cons and them balanced out between thoses classes Whos better at bossing in generly and whos just better at some bosses? Training wise? and i mean from second to 4th job, 30 to 200, And got any reasons why you did choose the one over a other?

Just choose the one you'll find more enjoyable. I chose MM because the training style is appealing to me, and it still is well into 4th job. I still enjoy hunting and training with my marksman. You might personally enjoy a bowmaster better though, but that's up to you.
