Captain Bones

My city is quite small, so we have an official town hobo. His name is Speedy. Of course, he walks around really fast. He is also usually seen carrying a huge stereo with him. Every so often he puts the stereo down and starts dancing. I mean really goin' for it. I'm not sure if he knows, but the stereo is broken and there is no music... The funny thing about Speedy is he is rich. He won the lottery a while back, but he doesn't know. It's in the care of the mental hospital, who give him a bit every day. He sat beside me on the bus once, he smells funny.
