Err......no. It's a legit speech and people are cheesing it because they have nothing better to do but sling mud. Morons.
Bush said the same thing, and Democrats called it a cheap publicity stunt. It's all seen in a different light when it's the guy you voted for doing it.
Kids aren't going to stay in school/drop out of school based on what they heard in that speech. Their teachers and parents and values have a much bigger impact in that area.
Honestly, a politician going to a school and telling the kids to "stay in school" is about as cliche and ret@rded as telling the public that he's "pro-environment" and "tough on crime." It's one of those things EVERY LAST ONE of them will do, even if he's David Duke from the KKK party.
