Obama gets up in front of a random bunch of schoolchildren, gives them a pretty little speech, takes some pictures wiht them, and hten goes to his office and does whatever the fuuck he wants.
He is not "taking the time" to talk to them, he's doing this to look good for the cameras. This ploy will have literally no impact on policymaking, other than fooling voters into thinking he's a great guy. The President of the United States is not going to alter his policy based on what some random schoolchildren say to him in a classroom. His policy is based on behind-the-scenes buttsecks where he takes it up the tailpipe from high-power contributors and Democrat special interests. Mind you, Bush was the same way, and he had his little moments when he hugged little schoolgirls and it was broadcast with AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWs on Faux News. That same Faux News is broadacsting identical $hit by Obama in a negative light because Faux News takes it up the tailpipe from REPUBLICAN high-pwer contributors and special interests.
