So now you take less damage when you get hit while using Chakra? That seems odd.

Not really. Using Chakra is already enough of a handicap (you can't move for 3 seconds or so) that taking more damage is just unfair.

I like how level 19 Arrow Blow does 283% instead of 253% damage. It's almost as good as Double Shot
