I agree with Isaac. Just Wind Break roids left to right and finish them off in a corner, nice flat map and you'll be doing quite a nice amount of damage.
The next step would be Windraiders, again just Storm Break them to an edge. If you can't find a map at Lower Ascent, make an extra effort to go to Tornado Corridor inside Crimsonwood Keep, it's the farthest door to the left of the bottom floor.
What he meant when you move to Typhons at 73 or so is when you have a level 9 Arrow Rain. If you didn't touch any other skills, you'll have it at 73 but if you decided to put points into Eagle Eye, Wind Shot, and Wind Piercing like I did, you'll have it by 74.
I suggest after you have maxed Arrow Rain at 77-78 then start maxing Eagle Eye for the shorter cooldown period where you're only untransformed 1/3 of the time. Afterwards start out on Wind Piercing so you can start on Himes or Newties at 87 whilst taking down the whole map (making sure Nest Golems don't 1 shot you).
I made a mistake of going for Wind Shot first and that's fine and dandy if you want to show off from time to time and still train at Typhons until 94.
