Vicious Hammer glitch/exploit?

They better fix this and rollback the items that have been affected. I know many people, including myself, would quit if they let +10 glitched items remain in the game. Many people spent months perfecting just one item, that accomplishment shouldn't be belittled by a bunch of glitchers.
