Vicious Hammer glitch/exploit? - Judgment - 2009-08-08
Apparently, someone on SW discovered a glitch with server transfers resetting the amount of times VH can be used, as these pics show:

Hopefully they made it so you can't exceed more slots then the maximum + 2. MAYBE the person can still scroll a +9 gun, but no more since 10 slots can't exist on a 7 slot hammered weapon.

It doesn't matter anyway. Now that this is common knowledge nexon will crack down on it. It's not like server transfers are something you can JUST DO. You have to wait for a server check and I bet by the next one they'll have some method of stopping this. Whether it's blocking all transfers or just those of people who've used vicious hammers or something else all-together. As much good as this would do for Nexon's pockets, I don't think they're going to get into the habit of allowing ridiculous glitches like this to affect the game.

As much as we all hope for that, it's unlikely. Other than the bigfoot glitch (which wasnt actually banning people who leeched off bigfoot but rather people who leveled too fast in any manner, be it leeching, training for hours a day, etc.), no other glitch has ever really been banned/fixed/items rolled back. Did they rollback those Clean slated items? Did they take away those untradeable noses with syrups on them? Did they roll back those 52/52/52/52 HT pendants?
They've NEVER done anything about the faults in their game so I dont see why they'd start doing it now, as much as I wish they would =X
On another note, perhaps these vicious hammers is Nexon's way of "compensating"/giving those who didnt glitch white slate a chance to achieve similar equips, albeit asking the said players to cough over nx, but still...
While we're at it, we can wait for nexon to ban/change his IGN which can be interpreted in a not so appropriate way!

Ze problem is Nexon is unable to simply roll back selected items, because rolling back an entire server to fix the problem is obviously a terrible idea. Why oh why can't you just target the item Nexon? Of course at the rate they are going, I am getting tempted to Hammer my Horntail Pendant just for the INT.
Also, is there any other way to interpret such a ecchi name?

Well the first screen shows his % at a higher percentage than the 3rd Screen o_O.
1st Screen = 12.73% and 3rd Screen = 12.29%
So he could have just placed the screens in a different order, and he could have failed the 2 Hammered slots, so the gun would still be (+8) with 2 hammer slots used.
