Can you imagine the kind of hell this country would be in if companies got away with a ToS like this?
Come now, let's not be so naive.
Nexon won't be able to argue bankruptcy since they make enough money even in recession periods.
As a nice example, Ijji's ToS is strikingly similar to Nexon's in this regard. And their license with GB gave them any right to shut the game down and let the license expire. But they didn't. They provided compensation and allowed for a smooth account transfer back to the GB parent company. You know why? Despite what ToS may have you believe, it is near impossible to truly get away with it.
