Eh? If Nexon decided to shut down their game tomorrow, they very well could, it's within their rights. If Nexon decides to release a pair of permanant earrings that add 255 w.attk from an easily completable lvl 10 quest, they could and no one could stop them. It's their game.

The only customer service comparably worse to Nexon is Microsoft Tech Support. Atleast the Nexon lackies are in Cali. But that is another story in itself.
