this is where you lost me.. if they are getting flooded with the same emails/tickets, they would be knowledgeable of the problem that has arisen.. and you would think they would fix it. but instead they just have another server check to add 5-6 more cash shop items and do nothing about gameplay.
And why would you even suggest that they could just close MS all together.. if they did that, then they'd probably go bankrupt.
