Blaze Wizard's Meditation fails to work.

Any party buffs that are cast on the same rope or near vincinity for 21 times would automatically stop. Self buffs still work, which is why you can cast magic guard and spell booster no problem. To reset you have to cast the party buff somewhere else not near the same ladder/rope to reset the placement counter. Meditation works perfectly for me.

It doesn't allow you to perform the animation though. Happened to me a lot when I hb'ed on the middle rope in Skeles.
What happens: You simply 'twitch' a bit and that's it. No red-man statue, no green tree (as opposed to the ss), no such party buffing animations.
