Blaze Wizard's Meditation fails to work. - Tikey - 2009-07-31
Issue/Problem/Bug: Meditation just plain out doesn't work for Blaze Wizards.
Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!: Whenever you use Meditation, the buff doesn't appear, nor does it cancel out any other magic attack buffs. This was tested with level 20 Meditation only.

That's very, very weird. There are literally no differences in meditation compared to I/L and F/P, at least when you go look @ the WZ-data.

But the actual skill usage is server based, amirite? thats why you freeze when buffing in a lag spike.

Cliff, I'm pretty sure it's not just your Blaze Wiz. All KoC buffs that boost some sort of attack/magic attack don't appear as well IIRC. I could be wrong though.

Erm, the buff icon usually takes a split second to appear after the tree appears.

The buff icon usually appears right when I use the skill (during the animation) on my F/P. But the fact is that I've used it several times (I'd estimate about 30) yesterday, and the buff icon did not appear at all.

Probably use another skill or dont hang on a rope?

Any party buffs that are cast on the same rope or near vincinity for 21 times would automatically stop. Self buffs still work, which is why you can cast magic guard and spell booster no problem. To reset you have to cast the party buff somewhere else not near the same ladder/rope to reset the placement counter. Meditation works perfectly for me.

It doesn't allow you to perform the animation though. Happened to me a lot when I hb'ed on the middle rope in Skeles.
What happens: You simply 'twitch' a bit and that's it. No red-man statue, no green tree (as opposed to the ss), no such party buffing animations.
