Mushroom Castle, and the adventurer exclusive maps!

So I was thinking about it and I'm pretty sure the level limit thing is only going to be temporary, perhaps it's currently just a means to ensure only people of the appropriate levels will be the ones testing it, since they're the most important testers. Perhaps it's a new method they've adopted for testing new areas. It's been a loooooong time since KMS got a new area, so I'd say it's possible.

(yes I'm aware that Lien is a new area but they've pretty much got beginner training spots down pat now so there's not much that could possibly be done wrong there, which is why I believe they would've ignored keeping high levels out.)
