Just checked my inventory again, apparently I did get the box before I was kicked out. I opened it and got the Pepe King's Crossbow, then I was able to use that scroll on it. Apparently they're the scrolls for Pepe King's weapons.
Does it work just like a regular chaos scroll then? Hopefully you can get that other level 30 character and get more info.
Too bad the only real reward from the pq so far seems to be unbalanced and broken weapons and armor.
