My favorite part about this bug is that Corsair's 'Speed Infusion' requires level 20 knuckler booster 
. But I also have this issue, exactly as you have described it. I wonder if a corsair put 5 points into it if they could use an SI 20 book. Probably not, but wouldn't that be funny/just like Nexon?
