Skill quests are at these levels:
Lvl 10 - Combo.
Lvl 22 - Booster.
Lvl 31 - Mastery.
Lvl 37 - Combo Drain.
Lvl 45 - "Spear throwing skill" (Forgot name xD)
Lvl 54 - "Pushing enemies skill" (Forgot name too ._.)
Most of them are pretty straight forward. If you don't have to kill something, just find the NPC it tells you to. Either remember what the names look like, or learn to type Korean(this is easy with a cheat sheet) and Translate it online. :|
