With Wind Shot, 1.3x damage. With Hurricane, 0.29x damage, with my estimate.
Well, that's assuming Wind Walk is instant. "doesn't really slow you down much" (as quoted from skill tables) != instant. Even 0.1 second delay would bring that figure down by 10%.
