I just followed a google link and saw this thread by chance. Knowing that you have troubles translating Thai MapleStory update, as I am Thai, I'd try my best to translate it for you, though my English is not very well. (-.-)
So it begins like this...
"The patch will be available this upcoming 17 of June and will be applied to all Worlds.
Each of NPC Guild Story will reside in the following towns: Henesys, El Narth, Ludibrium, Leafre, Magatia and Peace Temple. They are in charge of sending you to the Guild Headquarter map. When you want to leave Guild Headquarter, you will be sent back to the town you set off in first place.
Guild Attendance Rate
A guild leader and other guild members can accept a quest A Determined Hero everyday. A light bulb will appear above your character to indicate this. When the quest accepted, you can register with NPC Commander of Guild Story. Later a guild leader may check with the NPC whether all guild members have registered in the previous day. If they all have done, the guild leader will receive an item called Zeus Blessing, which when activated, will add Bonus Exp when hunting monsters to all guild members who are online at the moment. Plus, each charactor will receive a special effect (some kind of graphic animation I think). However, the quest can be done one time a day.
Guild Real Time
If all guild members are online for some defined period of time they all can recieve additional Bonus Exp, special effect, and also Guild Point. (Not sure if this is redundant to the above)
Other Changes in Guild System
1. Once become a member of a guild, one cannot leave the guild before 7 days passed.
2. Guild leader cannot expel a member whom just become a member, not until 7 days passed.
3. Guild Points will be reset for all Worlds.
4. Guild Points will prove more useful in later updates.
Monster Game Arcade
Added a Monster Arcade sign to several towns including Lith Harbor, Perion, Kerning City, Elinia, Sleepy Wood, Orbis, Aquarium, Ludibrium, Omega Sector, Korean Folk Town, Leafre, Mu Lung, Herb Town, Ariant and Floating Market. The sign will be there to send players to play minigame in Monster Arcade map."
