His point was that the total WA was the same (102) when they both hit 3k, but the dexless hit it with ~100 less STR.
Anyway, I hate that my bishop has 50 LUK; it's annoying. I have half a mind to sell all my equips right now, use the money to reset, pay about $50 more in resets and be an unfunded LUKless, and do better damage with a clean Wisdom than my 103/9 Angel Wings. =/ Equips cost so much nowadays that it's comparable money to resetting. But then I think I should restart and get myself more MP so I can quit dying at Skeles. So I just keep leveling my luk bishop because it took me years to get this far...
Personally, all characters I make from now on (except archers, I think) will be statless or as low-stat as I can make them. I'd just hate to regret anything the way I regret it with my bishop. My page has 6 base DEX and does good damage with really quite average equips (for a funded second character, anyway). The only trouble with making a dexless warrior now is getting to the level requirement of your gear, especially level 50. Then you can buy a Zhelm and it's smooth sailing.
I compared my sword page to my friend's sword fighter, which had 30 DEX or so, and it seemed like I did about 20% more damage with about the same funding. To me, that's a good deal. It's like I invested in the time and trouble to get through the first job advance with 6 DEX, and it'll keep paying dividends for the life of my character.
