Just a quick question on how stimulators work. Do they add [-5 ~> +5] atks to a weapon's basic atk range (which is a base random [-5 ~> +5] fluctuation)?
Say, for example, a Pinaka's avg atk is 102, which means its atk ranges from 97 to 107, when made via Maker, outcome will be 97~107 supposedly.
Implementing a stimulator (though not so wisely) supposedly adds [-5 ~> +5] atk to a whatever-something, does this mean outcome will be a 92~112 clean Pinaka randomly?
With the assist of Highgrade Diamond, this will be 95~115 hopefully, which is actually worth the risk in my opinion. 110 clean + 7 60%s sounds more plausible to me than 4 straight 30%s; then again, it could be that I don't have enough balls for 30%s, or they just ahbor me.
I never really made weapons before, nor did I come across anyone confused about this same issue as I am. Answers will be appreciated.
