Scotty died a few years back, sad to say. However, his spirit lives on in all 3rd job+ magicians.

However, McCoy with his transporter phobia, (he's also dead, by the way,) has been vindicated, as NLs FJ faster than the mages can teleport. Which seriously begs the question whether these were normal annoying adolescent girls or NX whores named lilaznsakura13 and vietsin45 that flash jumped past the unsuspecting OP and made him panic.
