All players will be able to keep their equipment, guilds, levels, pets, and so on. New features include a higher level cap and an ability to have a larger buddy list. Thanks to Nexon’s business model, there will not be a fee to play for the game, but as always, you will have to buy from the cash shop to get anywhere.

MapleStory classic will remain for a couple more months to allow players to transition to the new game. Nexon expects a full transfer by August.”
