Yes.
Here's Scania for example:

Note that it's 10 IPs, 9 of which use two different ports with a dedicated server for CH1. They all follow this same schema, so the reduced worlds occupy 7 IPs 6 dual, and 1 dedicated. The more complete servers occupy 10, 9 dual and 1 dedicated. This actually makes the math more accuractely expressed as (6*10) + (4*7) = 88 since the /2 would produce inaccuracies when El Nido is added in.

You can have multiple IPs per physical box, but there's not much point for the layout they're using if they're all on the same machines, unless it's to partition by having multiple copies of the server daemon running on the same box but answering to different IPs. That's unlikely though, since it's a rather convoluted way to cluster.
