The only thing that leaves me rather puzzled is The Laws of Conservation... Energy must remain constant and matter cannot be created nor destroyed.
It makes a paradox.
We could not have been created, but at some point matter must have been created (not necessarily by a God though, there's probably a Scientific law waiting to be unearthed that explains life's genesis without the use of magical creatures).
