Below the MP Limit?

Question, did he already wash some MP out? Cause I go below the minimum MP all the time when I wash and just wait till it builds back up enough to take out 3 more points or so. The +148 formula has been accurate for me so far. But if you have 1 point above minimum you can wash which puts you 11 points below...
