Hamstring sucks for pretty much the exact same reason you always bash Inferno.
Hurricane mows every monster down fast enough that there's no need for BMs to push them back or hold them at bay. There's no reason to use DB, because both BM ranged mobbing skills (Arrow Bomb and Inferno) only beat Hurricane on large mobs that don't exist in everyday training and are generally not worth using.
