Alzheimers can happen as early as age 20 or so. There's also a spectrum of patients who started to show signs of Alzheimers in between 20 and 65, though those are pretty darn rare. Regular Alzheimers that most of us know it as occurs in the elderly.

Early Alzheimers is (usually) an inherited disorder btw =P
