♥Ji, I'm totally unfamiliar with your condition if it's just the way you are, but my first thought would have been to suspect the milk you drank. My second thought would have to be about inert viral DNA doing weird stuff. Few viruses add their DNA to your cells, and the DNA then remains dormant (instead of causing your cells to become virus factories like normal viruses do) until a certain environmental trigger occurs, such as lots of heat. I do not have any knowledge on specific viruses which can do this though. My last thought would have to be associated with some other disease.
