You have to realize that the way this game's classes were (poorly) designed, there are 3 seperate groups of classes. There's the important/popular ones (Bishops/Night Lords). There's the ImDifferentButImStillUsefulAndPrettyCool ones (Heros/Bowmasters/Dark Knights), and there's the WeRanOutofIdeasSoThisClassWillBeShittyForever ones (Marksmen/Paladins/Arch Mages). Shadowers are kinda in between group 2 and 3 because they are fun i guess.
If you have a group 3 class and it's 4th job, and you think it's fun, then please find another game to play. And yea, quit your sniper before you actually get into the deep pomegranate lvls (120+) where you will get more depressed and bored every day. Make something fun (Sin, Cleric, even Fighter is more fun than Crossbowman).
