You should edit in all the new info we're finding about appraisal, upgrading crystals, dismantling, 110+ production, and probably the forging tables and powder droplists that were posted here a while ago if you can dig it up. Along with the more recent stuff marked as such of course. Makes this guide much more complete =]
Level 90 equipment would make mid-grade monster crystal Bs, which I'm not sure you're after if the concerto is a level 100 weapon (I haven't looked in to pirates much yet...).
Then, there's another problem if the dismantling system isn't released in gMS along with the initial release of Maker, which is what happened in kMS.
To give you an idea of how long it took for the dismantling system to reach kMS, it was first introduced in kMST when striker skills started to appear in the data.
By the way, I don't think diamonds are a good idea to hoard anymore because of the massive supply from jump quest hackers. Diamonds and such are basically worthless now. The hackers might even come back again if/once they figure out how to do it again. This applies for all jump-questable ores. This also applies to the stat crystals to a lesser extent because of the farming that goes on at certain monsters like wolf spiders, which drop wisdom crystals I think, but to a lesser extent. I'm pretty sure you'll still make huge profit off investment in stat crystals though regardless of how much you pay for them now within reason.
