Not to antagonize you, but you have made your poll hopelessly biased (is this a push poll of sorts?) No one would vote for "hey it's the glitcher's right to glitch", but if you worded it more neutrally, (ex. "No, glitchers should be left alone.")
And I voted "neutral" because I don't think all glitches should be banned for. Should I be banned for chair jumping?
Personally, I think a better solution would be a rollback. It's less labor intensive (you don't have to go through and find everyone), more accurate (no risk of making the mistake of punishing someone that was actually innocent, with a ban), and would deter glitching in the future almost as effectively as bans would.
