Romeo and Juliet - Mystery Solved

Well, it wouldn't really make sense to have the quests available if the Alcadnos and Zenumists still hated each other, which is what saving Yulete solves, apparently.

It doesn't really resolve that, it's just that Yulete realizes he's not the only one who wants to see it end and the Zenumist and Alcadno research combined (Romeo and Juliet would obviously be in this group, and Keeny as well). The other members of the factions are still fighting so romeo and juliet have to keep things quiet (Which is sort of why they're using you as a proxy)

Either way there was no prerequisite listed in the data, this is some NPC script trickery :/
