Remember how people thought the Romeo and Juliet in love quest chain wasn't working?

Think again! Contrary to popular belief, these quests do have a prerequisite -
Romeo and Juliet - Mystery Solved - Cyanne - 2009-01-31
Well, it wouldn't really make sense to have the quests available if the Alcadnos and Zenumists still hated each other, which is what saving Yulete solves, apparently.

The other members of the factions are still fighting so romeo and juliet have to keep things quiet (Which is sort of why they're using you as a proxy)

Either way there was no prerequisite listed in the data, this is some NPC script trickery :/

Really? At the beginning of the first quest, Romeo says something about the Alcadnos and Zenumists allowing him and Juliet to date, which is why he asks you to help him make flowers.

No, you talk to him on the Zenumist side of the PQ, where he serves as the guiding NPC and you have to save Juliet.

Think again! Contrary to popular belief, these quests do have a prerequisite - finishing Yulete's Request. Just wanted to inform those who don't know.
Actually, the prerequisite is just to do the Angry Frankenroid/Help Yulete version of the MPQ. Once my party did that and popped back out in Romeo's waiting room, we saw the lightbulb over his head. (And it took me a few seconds to convince the other party members to go check if Yulete's Lab is open, they all wanted to do Romeo's quest right away).
