The problem is, Americans United for Change (AUFC) is not a PAC. It's a 501©(4). A 501©(4) is not only allowed to take foreign donations, they are allowed to coordinate with a candidate and the DNC. O'Keefe spends almost 40 minutes showing off why Citizens United was a bad supreme court decision, but not much illegal activity. He just banks on the fact that people hear "you can't coordinate with PACs" and assume that AUFC is a PAC. But it's not.
And a second note on that "foreign donation" - It's not illegal for a campaign accept a donation from an American Citizen, even if that money is transferred through a foreign bank. The bank doesn't matter, it's the person donating that's important.
