I believe you mean "I guess I will have to use executive orders to get anything done because the opposition held house and senate block anything else meaningful I try to do in complete disregard for the well being of their constituents and to "prove" that the government "doesn't work" and should be dismantled" Obama.

I think you grossly misjudge the degree that people care and the degree to which they would recognize that as a threat considering something would have to get that far for the SCOTUS to even rule on it and even a supreme court ruling can't find the constitution unconstitutional.
